PATH TO ORGANIZATIONAL
HEALTH & BALANCE

(This workshop is a pre-requisite to the Achieving Health and Balance workshop and it frequently offered the evening before.)
You are invited to a short experiential workshop that might provide the key that you have been looking for to making the difference in the performance of your organization.
On his deathbed, Louis Pasteur said: "I had it wrong — Go after the interior terrain!" He was advising not to go after the pathogen but to attend to the interior terrain of the human body.
In this workshop we guide you in attending to the interior terrain of your organization to achieve optimal health and performance. You will learn the importance of balance, cleansing, and nourishing in a way similar to the holistic approach to the health of the human body of balancing, cleansing, and nourishing.
Every organism including every organization has within it the blueprint for its own health. There is a path, through cleansing, balancing and nourishing, to find it. You will learn about the importance of attending to the terrain of your organization and of restoring it so that your organization can thrive in these rapidly changing times. Imagine your computer working without a healthy "operating system". Neither can your organization. In this workshop we guide you in attending to the "operating system" of your organization.
Your learning from this experiential, interactive workshop will assist you in exploring the state of health of your organization from a holistic organizational growth perspective and in developing your own perception toward achieving and maintaining a healthy organization in these rapidly changing times.
You will leave this experiential, interactive workshop equipped with:
- Key questions for looking at your own organization from a practical holistic framework
- Knowledge of how to increase the capacity of your organization to work with these rapidly changing times to positively impact your bottom line, the effectiveness of training programs, the effectiveness of customer service and quality assurance, health and well-being of your employees, and a reduction of stress related costs
- An understanding of the importance of relationships, that are based on genuine contact, to achieve results beyond your expectation
